MacroSource LLC is Hiring an Accounts Payable Associate - Finance - Accounting Near Savannah, GA

Are you meticulous, organized, and eager to contribute to a dynamic team? Join us as an Accounts Payable Associate and become an integral part of our finance department. As an Accounts Payable Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining accurate financial records by processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and ensuring timely payments to vendors. You'll have the opportunity to work on special projects and collaborate with various teams to support our financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify payment terms, approval signatures, and general ledger account codes for vendor payments.
  • Ensure accuracy of vendor invoices, resolving discrepancies related to price, quantity, and terms.
  • Schedule invoices for on-time payment and address any purchase order or payment discrepancies.
  • Process customer and supplier invoices for direct product deliveries.
  • Resolve supplier payment discrepancies and maintain clear audit trails of accounting records.
  • Prioritize tasks and provide flexibility to work on special projects, meeting deadlines efficiently.
  • Respond promptly to vendor inquiries and prepare wire transfer requests as needed.
  • Reallocate supplier invoice payments and assign revenue product codes through SAP and Oracle journal entries.
  • Generate daily reports and serve as backup for processing operating expense payables in Oracle.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or actively pursuing the degree, highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Previous experience in accounts payable preferred.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based accounting systems such as SAP by Design, Oracle, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics is advantageous.
  • Strong work ethic with exceptional organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and a professional, reliable attitude.
  • Ability to consistently meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Working Hours and Location:
This position is onsite at our Savannah, Georgia Skidaway Island Corporate Headquarters, Monday-Friday. Options for working hours from 7 am to 4 pm or 8 am to 5 pm.
