The following position is to join our Houston HQ Factory Team:
Job Description
In this position duties and responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
• Directs maintenance and project engineering resources to maintain the facility building and equipment systems
• Manages the annual CAPEX program site location and ensures project budgets and schedules are satisfied in accordance to scope and strategic plan.
• Manage/oversee the TPM of facilities and equipment to increase machine utilization, lead the planning, development, and execution of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and continuous improvement initiatives in areas of productivity, safety, and quality.
• Implements and manages the Preventive Maintenance program and adheres to designated departmental budgets.
• Oversight and management of targeted maintenance contracts and outside services, such as custodial, landscape maintenance and other miscellaneous supplemental services
• Primary Facilities interface with the site management and manufacturing operations
• Develop site strategy that aligns to support the business
Qualifications
• 8 years of experience in the maintenance field
• Strong knowledge of process, mechanical, electrical, and control systems
• Strong knowledge of safety, health, and environmental regulations
• Maintenance management expertise in applying key performance indicators to measure and improve maintenance performance including maintenance planning and scheduling
