Overview

JOB SUMMARY

Eraser Company is looking for a highly motivated and self-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a manufacturing company that’s been around 100 years.

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Attainment of personal & departmental revenue goals as well as metric targets.
  • Contact potential or existing customers to discuss how specific products or services can meet their needs.
  • Support customer inquiries, provide product knowledge, and respond to sales requests in a timely manner.
  • Research customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Accurately record customer data and sales transactions.
  • Monitor customer accounts, follow up on quotations, and track order/repair status.
  • Support email marketing campaigns as well as digital advertising campaigns.
  • Assist with trade show preparations, logistics, set up, staffing, and new product launches.
  • Assist in training new sales staff on customer service, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
  • Assist in developing and improving customer service processes and procedures.
  • Assist in developing new and maintaining existing customer relationships.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer service and sales performance.
  • Adhere to ISO 9001 procedures and policies.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Occasional travel is required as business needs dictate.
  • Perform other duties as required or assigned by management.

USD $25.00/Hr.

Max Compensation

USD $25.00/Hr.

Bonus

Qualifications

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Business Degree in related field or relevant experience preferred.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Microsoft Office Suite and Windows experience required.
  • Maintain a positive attitude.
  • Excellent communication and customer service.
  • Customer-focused mindset
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Must be a Team player.
  • Multi-tasking and prioritization skills.
