Overview

Armoured One located in Syracuse, NY is recruiting for an entry level Glass Account Manager. The Glass Account Manager is responsible for processing film/glass requests into estimates in a timely manner by communicating directly with customers, managing glass orders, and communicating within departments to ensure product flow, efficiency, and quality. This is a Full time, non-exempt, non remote position. 

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Order processing, Price Order creation and invoicing.
• Consult for accounts receivables when problems arise.
• Utilize Estimate Tracker for reporting.
• Utilize Google Drive and Google Stream for the file management and documentation.
• Communicate within the company regarding the product and job flow processes.
• Attend meetings within the department for planning, training, and client management.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Assist with film/glass production, shipping, or custodial services as needed or directed.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma

• Strong problem solver. Exceptional analytical skills including the ability to analyze data, draw conclusions and develop recommendations.
• Strong project management skills and a track record of on-time delivery.
• Team player with exceptional interpersonal skills, including communication, networking, relationship-building, negotiation, and building influence.
• Comfortable in a fast paced and fluid environment.
• Creative and strategic thinker who enjoys brainstorming with colleagues and partners.
• Computer skills: experience with Microsoft applications, project management tools, internet, and business reporting tools.
