Mackenzie Sloane is Hiring a Program Analyst Near Washington, DC

Mackenzie Sloane is looking for multiple Senior Program Analysts must have knowledge in how to plan, analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of operating programs.

Must be able to use source data to evaluate the effectiveness of programs and business processes.

Must be able to use qualitative and quantitative analytical skills to assess the effectiveness of the operations.

Senior PA must be able to effectively manipulate data to present program status and make recommendations on improving business processes.

Requires relevant clinical informatics experience in a Veterans Administration healthcare setting.

Must be able to identify and mitigate risks.

Have experience with and demonstrate understanding of SAFe’s Lean Agile principles and practices to drive value and sustain organizational change and operational excellence through the empowering of high-performing Agile teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $285,000.00 per year
