Data Scientist
- Work with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions.
- Develop proofs-of-concept (PoCs) with LLMs for solutions applied to enterprise and industrial applications.
- Use predictive modeling to increase and optimize customer experiences, revenue generation, ad targeting and other business outcomes.
- Mine and analyze data from company databases to drive optimization and improvement of product development, sales & marketing, and business strategies.
- Coordinate with different functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes.
- Develop A/B testing frameworks for data driven applications and test model quality.
- Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy.
- Knowledge of Python, SQL, and Spark to manipulate and draw insights from large datasets (experience working with Azure Databricks preferred)
- Knowledge of unsupervised and supervised machine learning techniques (industry experience preferred)
- An understanding of statistical techniques and concepts
- Knowledge about Azure Cloud Services (industry experience with Azure Databricks, Azure Blob Storage, Azure Web Apps, and/or Azure Container Services is preferred)
- Exposure to software development practices, including version control, unit testing, and code reviews.
- Familiar with MLOps (industry experience with MLOps preferred
- Exposure to Big Data (Experience applying custom algorithms and advanced analytics on Big Data is preferred)
- Experience preprocessing unstructured data for predictive models
- Creative thinking and willingness to find novel solutions with an emphasis on delivering high-quality work
