The project:

Mace North America is in search of a New York City HUB lead to oversee and grow our New York City property business operations including sectors in commercial real estate, corporate real estate, pharma, healthcare, and sports.

This is an opportunity to be based in New York City, responsible for growing the existing teams.

You'll be responsible for:

* Managing relationships with existing clients, as well as attracting and securing new clients and industry partners specifically in commercial real estate, corporate real estate, pharma, healthcare, and sports. Reporting directly to the managing director of Mace North America.

* Being a key member of the senior leadership team that works together to develop operational strategy for Mace North America.

* Relevant and commensurate technical, leadership and management qualifications by established and effective industry/sector wide network of clients, consultants and contractors.

* Establishing local business plans and communicating to all relevant teams in line with Mace North America and Mace Group business plans.

* Providing leadership and strategic direction, recruiting, motivating and developing our people to support Mace's growth across this region.

* Creating and fostering an open and inclusive environment, providing opportunities for staff to thrive and develop.

* Directing others effectively, gives clear direction, coaches and supports others to reach their full potential; mentors and develops the project team and others in the business; provides a safe work environment to learn and mature, sharing knowledge and experience.

* Overseeing the management of client projects and accounts from set ups and overseeing delivery from start to finish.

* Managing various accounts and work streams including the commercial aspect, resource planning and management, quality of content and client relationship management.

* Managing and creating bid proposal documents, preparing teams for client interviews, and tailoring bid presentations to relevant client audiences.

* Designing and driving outstanding content and initiatives for project teams.

* Conducting high-level evaluations of account goals and deliverables and developing annual revenue projections for accounts.

* Making sound judgment in assessing problem situations or complex issues and using effective approaches for choosing a course of action or developing appropriate solutions.

You'll need to have:

* Ability to adapt and react well to changing priorities and requirements (both business and project). You have a growth mindset that promotes curiosity, high quality contribution and team collaboration.

* Effective appraisal/analytical skills to support skilled negotiations, problem solving, or conflict resolution.

* Track record of winning and delivering a full site of project and program management services to major global corporate clients.

* Construction or project management background, experience running businesses or sectors and be hungry to grow your career in America.

* Ability to demonstrate successful behaviors and the ability to build winning teams in a competitive market.
