Stainless Steel Metal Finisher

You would be responsible for grinding and polishing stainless-steel products, matching work orders to product, completing required documentation for product and inspecting finished product to ensure products meet quality standards.

You’ll be a great fit if you like too:

· Safely operate hand tools for grinding and polishing

· Polish metal component to ensure welds are smooth and ready for the paint process.

· Use various hand tools and power tools.

· Ensure quality throughout the production process while maintaining a safe, clean workspace.

· Perform other duties as assigned.

· Work 4 (10hr) days a week, Monday-Thursday

To be considered you’ll need:

· Ability to use hand tools safely and efficiently.

· Ability to accurately read a tape measure.

· Ability to use a grinder and polisher.

· Attention to detail.

· Ability to read and understand basic shop drawings, specifications, and parts lists.

· You will need to pass Skills Assessment for Power Tools.

Physical Functions:

· Continuously standing, walking, bending, squatting, stooping, kneeling, reaching, and twisting in the normal course of work.

· Frequently lifting, handling, and maneuvering 85 lbs.

· Frequently using hands. Seizing, holding, grasping, turning, or otherwise working with hand or hands.

· Hand eye coordination in the normal course of work using hand/power tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
