Title: Teller Supervisor
Reports To: Regional Branch Manager
Summary
This position is responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations of the branch while ensuring staff members are bringing MAC FCU 5-Star commitment to life. Additionally, the Teller Supervisor will play a crucial role in guaranteeing the smooth operation of the branch and assist the Regional Branch Manager, with developing the staff to contribute to the growth of MAC FCU, through educating members on our products and services.
Duties and Responsibilities
Experience One year to three years of similar or related experience.
Education A high school education or GED.
Interpersonal Skills Work involves much personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization for the purpose of first-level conflict resolution, building relationships, and soliciting cooperation. Discussions involve a higher degree of confidentiality and discretion, requiring diplomacy and tact in communication.
