Overview:
We are seeking a Licensed Realtor to join our team. Preferably experience in Residential Sales. As a Licensed Realtor, you will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties. Duties:
- Communicate with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences
- Conduct market research to identify potential properties that meet clients' criteria
- Show properties to clients and provide detailed information about the features, benefits, and market value
- Assist clients in negotiating offers and counteroffers
- Prepare and present purchase agreements and other necessary documents
- Coordinate property inspections and appraisals
- Collaborate with other real estate professionals, such as mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and attorneys, to ensure a smooth transaction process
- Stay updated on local real estate market trends and changes in real estate laws and regulations
Qualifications:
- Must hold a valid Real Estate License in the state of Florida
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of real estate administrative processes
- Ability to effectively negotiate and close sales
- Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies
