Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee the operations and maintenance of our commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, excellent customer relationship management skills, and a thorough understanding of Fair Housing regulations. As a Commercial Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing tenant relations, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and ensuring the overall success of our commercial properties.

Duties:
- Manage all aspects of commercial property operations, including leasing, rent collection, and tenant relations
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of commercial properties, ensuring that all work is completed in a timely and cost-effective manner
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify any issues or areas for improvement
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure that all necessary repairs and maintenance are completed
- Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of all property-related activities, including lease agreements, rent payments, and maintenance requests
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in commercial property management

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in commercial property management
- Strong knowledge of property management software (e.g., OneSite) and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
- Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations and other relevant laws governing commercial properties
- Excellent customer relationship management skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with tenants, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Experience with LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) properties and Section 8 housing is a plus
- Proficient in data entry and record keeping
