As the business continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Customer Care Administrator to join the business! This role offers a great opportunity for someone who wants to make a difference. You will learn new skills and have opportunities to showcase your abilities with an impact on how the company improves and develops.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
- Provide phone and online support to dealers and technicians in the field plus direct consumers regarding repair and aftersales support of our products
- Communicate, implement, and maintain company policy and procedures, as well as developing & implementing proposed improvements, procedures etc.
- Maintain standards of quality service and professional communication
- First point of contact for customer inquiries
- Taking ownership of assigned tickets and seeing things through to completion (managing escalations as necessary)
- Gain knowledge of spa diagrams and written instructions to aid in field repair (training provided)
- Answer incoming customer inquiries, chats, and data entry
- Collect and report customer feedback to ensure best practices are recognized and maintained
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
- Reading and writing in English is required
- Operational computer skills utilizing various software packages
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experienced help desk customer service background
- Ability to follow directions and follow standard work procedures
- Experience in After Sales manufacturing support
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Previous customer service experience
- Customer-focused
- Adaptability
- Strong ability to relate to and collaborate with team members
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
