Who are YOU?

You are an entry level Helpdesk Support Professional with 1 to 2 years of helpdesk technician experience. You enjoy interacting with clients to solve their IT problems and issues AND working with a team of energetic people who enjoy gaming in their spare time.

This onsite work, conducted from the business office, requires communication with clients, so excellent communication skills are required. Previous experience in a similar client relationship is required. Our clients will depend on your cool and calm demeanor, mixed with a wide range of knowledge in all aspects of technology, and is a critical requirement.

What does your day/week look like?

• Answer phone calls and create tickets in ConnectWise
• Maintain documentation on the M3TC SharePoint Intranet
• Report staff or client concerns presenting applicable solutions to the Technical Services Manager
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients that further enhance the company's positive reputation through exceptional client service
• Maintain high client satisfaction and directly address challenge areas
• Maintain a professional and clean appearance
• Maintain your timesheet, expenses and calendar in as close to real time as possible
• Manage staff timesheets and confirm they are completed daily

• Self-motivated; able to work independently with little or no supervision
• Analytical abilities
• Knowledge of desktop and laptop hardware components
• Knowledge of desktop software such as Microsoft Office Suites
• Experience in Microsoft Windows Operating Systems
• Knowledge of PSA tools such as ConnectWise or Autotask
• Able to communicate with all levels of management and staff effectively
• Reliable transportation such as a car, SUV, or minivan for the purpose of transporting equipment.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
