We are personal injury law firm looking for an experienced, skilled receptionist that is looking for long-term employment. The job duties will include handling and routing a high volume of phone calls; scanning in, distributing, mailing, and managing a large volume of mail; preparing and mailing letters for outbound mail; keeping track of office supplies; keeping the office clean and organized; and other administrative tasks. It is very important the person have excellent customer service skills and be very professional on the phone with people.

Having experience working in a law office or other professional setting is required.

Someone who speaks Spanish would be preferred but not required.
