Inside/Outside Sales Representative
Copemish, MI

• We are looking for an experienced Inside/Outside Sales Representative to join our team! As a seekingSales Representative, you will help our company succeed by accelerating the growth of sales volumes and margins. We are looking for an engaged, motivated and self-driven sales professional who is effective working in a fast paced, high growth work environment. Sales are the biggest driver of our company’s success, so your position plays a crucial role in our company.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Proactively generate new business opportunities, drive sales, and deliver results for designated accounts
• Identify new prospects and areas of potential growth
• A strong dedication to making solicitation calls, along with some outside sales calls
• Develop, nurture, and maintain strong business relationships with key personnel at existing and new customers
• Create and execute sales and margin growth strategies
• Analyze information and develop problem solving solutions for the customer and the company
• Maximize profitability while achieving budgeted revenues and team sales goals
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to deliver differentiated sales results
• Develop a thorough knowledge of Mr. Chain’s products and pricing strategy
• Routinely answer customer inquiries, provide sales quotations, and communicate updates
• Work closely with Customer Service, Marketing, Production, Assembly, and Shipping
• Input orders and ensure they are processed according to customer requirements
• Use Salesforce CRM to maintain records for customers and leads
• Attend trade shows and customer meetings as scheduled

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2 years of B2B sales experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
• Experience with Salesforce (preferred)
• Ability to work on the road/remotely and be accountable for one’s time and workload
• Position is based in Copemish, MI

COMPENSATION:
Salary based on experience level, plus bonus potential
