- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively answer customer questions and provide recommendations.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and meet customer satisfaction goals.

Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and navigate computer systems while on the phone with customers.
- Familiarity with data entry processes and accuracy in entering information.
- Experience with outbound calling and upselling techniques is beneficial.
