Our company is looking for a friendly and professional individual to join our team for this fully remote position. You should be passionate about helping others. This role involves planning, researching, maintaining client files, and managing all types of bookings, small and large. Your main objective will be to build relationships with clients and make sure they are satisfied, ensuring they return for future services.

Responsibilities: 

Research, plan, and organize vacation packages to meet client desires

Create quotes, itineraries, and invoices for clients

Collecting and processing client payments in a secure fashion

Keep up to date with travel industry trends, industry regulations, and destination updates

All while providing excellent and friendly customer service

Skills:

Time management with the ability to organize

Clear communication: written, spoken, and listening

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Self-motivated 

Computer literate

Sales and Marketing skills is an advantage 

Entrepreneurial mindset is recommended

Passion and knowledge for travel is a plus

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

Must be 18 years old

Citizen of the United States, Australia, or Mexico

Smart phone or computer with reliable internet

Ability to work independently or as part of a team 

Availability to attend live and recorded trainings 

Maintain travel partner and vendor relationships

Willing and ready to learn: coachable 

Strong mindset
