Summary of the Role:

The Systems Specialist delivers M-Files solutions to customers. You will add value by suggesting best practices and by confiuring the customer's M-Files solution with new porcesses and workflows. You will get support from your team members and will be able to learn their best practices as well as share yours.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Performing M-Files system implementations that include defining customer needs, deploying, and integrating M-Files with customers' existing systems
• Providing sales support on selected pre-sales activities
• Providing Partner support on agreed projects
• Serving as a Project Manager for agreed upon small projects
• Serving as a consulting lead in medium-sized projects and customer implementations
• Providing Internal and Customer specific training/enablement on consulting solutions and best practices
• Monitoring website performance and security

Collaboration Opportunities

• Guidance from Senior Systems Specialist, Solution Architect, or Business Consultant (depending on selected team, Business Solution or Technical Consulting)
• Working together with Key Account Manager in customer projects
• Working according to guidance by Project Manager in large projects
• Working together with Solution Architect in large projects
• Working with subcontractors in customer projects

Who you are/Qualifications and Skills:

• Strong people skills and an ability to listen to the customer and translate their needs into specific actions and solutions
• Experience with enterprise content management, business automation processes or document management
• Experience in documenting specifications and tools used for it (e.g. Visio, PowerPoint)
• Working knowledge of advanced software deployment
• Ability to drive projects to completion and manage issues
• Capability and interest for learning new methods and techniques
• Experience and knowledge of Windows-based environments, including Windows server and Workstations, IIS and MS SQL Server, Active Directory and Group Policies, is helpful
• Experience and working knowledge of databases and SQL language, is helpful
• Experience and working knowledge of programming languages (e.g. C#), is helpful
