- 50 hour work weeks, overtime paid after 40 hours, and prevailing wage opportunities
- Operate asphalt paver and or screed to apply asphalt per plan and quality specifications.
- Operate asphalt paver/screed within the designated area with attention to detail and emphasis on craftsmanship
- Guide dump trucks while backing up to the machine hopper.
- Thorough understanding of all aspects of the paving industry.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor/foreman.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Paver Screed Operator preferred
- At least 2 Paver Operator preferred
- Current State of Ohio licensing with a good driving record
- reliable transportation to work.
- A CDL for this position is preferred
- Must be flexible with hours and shifts
- A typical work schedule is six days a week with mandatory weekends.
