NOW HIRING - ASPHALT MILLING MACHINE OPERATOR
Positions are seasonal from April-December.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Safely and skillfully operates a milling machine following all standard equipment procedures.
- Responsible for proper usage of grade control devices.
- Maintains equipment in proper operating condition by performing simple preventive maintenance and repair tasks such as adjusting, fluid checks, replacing minor parts, and lubricating equipment.
- Responsible for daily checks of the milling drum, conveyors, and water supply systems.
- Responsible for daily inspection and replacement of milling teeth on the milling drum to assure proper cutting patterns on pavement surfaces.
- Must maintain an acute sense of awareness of the surrounding footprint of the machine
- Maintain constant visual contact with co-workers on the ground and trucks in front of the machine.
- Must perform general laborer duties as assigned. Operates the paver and other heavy equipment in a safe and appropriate manner.
- Must work quickly, productively, and safely to meet production goals as outlined and discussed.
- Actively participate in Jobsite and safety meetings and all Company related training.
- May operate trucks to transport equipment to and from production sites as required.
- Must partner with other crew members and perform additional tasks of other positions as instructed by your foreman to ensure daily schedules are met.
- Maintains a courteous and professional manner with supervisors, co-workers, customers, and the public.
