Qualifications:

• 1 - 2 years previous high volume Food & Beverage/catering experience 
• Strong ability to assess skills, effect change, and lead in a high volume, fast-paced environment
• Computer Savvy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Self-starter who is motivated to learn and grow
• Able to work both independently as well as within a team
