As an Area Manager, you would oversee a group of accounts, cultivate customer relationships, maintain excellent quality control, and handle most of the staffing needs including but not limited to Onboarding, training, and scheduling. This is a full-time position requiring 45 hours per week and reports to the Regional Vice President in your market.

Position requirements:

-- 4 years of prior retail assembly experience or equivalent. Specifically: grills, riding mowers, and wheelbarrows.

-- Excellent customer service and communication skills.

-- Reliable transportation.

-- Valid driver’s license.

-- Ability to pass a background screen and MVR.

-- Work references.

-- Some assembly services will be required.

-- Computer navigation skills including MS Office, Outlook Email, and MS Teams.

-- Previous management experience is a plus.

-- Required availability includes: nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Basic requirements:

-- Smart device, capable of downloading apps and connecting to Wifi.

Compensation:

-- Annualized base salary, paid biweekly.

-- Commission up to 6% on crew assemblies , paid monthly.
