M. Bohlke Veneer Corp seeks an experienced lumber sales professional to sell our imported lumber inventory with over 50 non-North American species. You will market and sell to architectural millwork company’s world wide, including furniture builders, yacht builders, and high-end home builders. You will manage accounts, analyze needs, present solutions, negotiate sales, and coordinate internal resources to respond to customer needs. Description of Duties:

• Call on business prospects/target businesses (B2B sales)
• Purchase species & quantities based upon Sales demand
• Serve existing customers
• Present MBVC solutions
• Travel to customers (50%)
• Know MBVC inventory
• Persist and follow up
• Learn wood grades and specifications
• Package lumber orders for shipment
• Answer Correspondence
• Assist for customer inspection

Job Requirements:

• High School Degree
• Self Motivated
• 3 years experience with import lumber
• 3 years proven sales experience
• Interpersonal skills/presentation
• Willingness to work hard
• Basic computer skills & use of social media
• Good attendance; punctual
• Organizational skills and ability to prioritize

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
