We are looking for an experienced medical receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone who is compassionate and professional, has strong people skills and is comfortable answering phones and scheduling appointments while keeping accurate records of all medical information.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer the telephone in a pleasant manner.
  • Check patients in and out of the clinic.
  • Answer questions from patients and insurance companies.
  • Greet all patients warmly when they arrive for appointments.
  • Refer patients to other doctors as needed.
  • Knowledge of medical issues.
  • Knowledge of medical billing procedures.
  • Collect payments.
  • Knowledge of insurance verification and prior authorizations
  • Maintain office cleaninless.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
