Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a talented and driven Marketing and Events Specialist to join our team. This role will involve designing, coordinating, and implementing marketing campaigns and initiatives, as well as assisting in the planning and execution of company-wide events. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design and coordinate marketing materials for both client-facing and internal campaigns.
• Develop and execute email campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and maximum engagement.
• Coordinate email communication timelines for various events and programs within the department.
• Write, edit, and publish engaging blog articles and assist in quarterly planning for blog topics.
• Maintain timelines for campaigns, projects, and events, ensuring smooth execution.
• Lead event planning efforts, including vendor contracts, staffing, registration websites, ticket sales, sponsorships, and on-site coordination.
• Assist in managing the company grant program, including coordination with branch managers and tracking quarterly grants.
• Ensure compliance with company branding guidelines for real estate agent photos and employee email signatures.
• Provide support to Marketing Coordinators as needed
• Act as a liaison to company vendors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, marketing, communications, or advertising, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Experience with event planning and budgets
• Proficiency with Google applications, social media platforms, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), WordPress, Canva, and SEO.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Customer-focused with the ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year
