Responsibilities:
- Speak with potential customers via phone, email or text to gain new and repeat business.
- Schedule appointments for technicians
- Make 200 min cold/warm calls daily
- Book at least 3 opportunity appointments daily (12 systems)
- Answer incoming calls (accordingly)
- Understand and strive to meet or exceed metrics while providing excellent and consistent customer service
- Follow ups and keep accurate records regarding client accounts
- Utilize software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately
- Explain the benefits and advantages of Gallagher's services
- Offer outstanding customer service to new and existing clients, while prospecting by making outbound calls.
- Perform other relevant duties as assigned by the needs of the business
- 1 years of experience in a customer service position or call center environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening abilities.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
