We are seeking a skilled Graphic and Digital Marketing Designer to join our dynamic marketing team. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Understand the Company and Department strategies, objectives, and initiatives to provide design, video, and photography solutions that meet established standards.

• Stay up-to-date with graphic and video technology programs and concepts.

• Execute designs based on established style guides and creative strategies.

• Design and optimize graphics for various marketing channels such as landing pages, emails, and brochures.

• Create visuals that support campaigns, company growth, events, and marketing initiatives.

• Assist the marketing team in executing design concepts for projects including website redesigns, homepages, landing pages, emails, and digital marketing collateral.

• Demonstrate proficiency in videography techniques, including camera operation, lighting, and composition.

• Manage and execute photoshoots, including editing photos and setting up lighting and background equipment.

• Capture and enhance visual assets for brand marketing materials through photography and editing.

• Organize and manage a digital library of video and photo assets for easy accessibility.

Qualifications & Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Graphic Design, or equivalent education and experience.

• 3-5 years of experience in graphic design.

• 3-5 years of video and photography experience.

• Knowledge of branding guidelines and their effective implementation within design.

• High proficiency with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).

• Strong knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.

• Familiarity with motion graphics software such as Adobe After Effects or Cinema 4D.

• Knowledge of UI Design, web programming standards (HTML/CSS), and multimedia design (GIFs, video, etc.).

• Proficient with Google Suite and social media platforms.

• Proficient in WordPress.

• Experience with email marketing software such as Constant Contact.

• Experience working directly with printing companies and knowledge of different printing techniques.
