Seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Safety Coordinator to join our client's team. The Safety Coordinator will implement and maintain safety programs, policies, and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees. This role demands a strong understanding of safety regulations and effective communication skills.

The Day-to-Day:

• Communicate with team members to coordinate daily work and document actions concerning contractor companies.
• Maintain records of daily work activities to monitor project schedules.
• Organize and update multiple project files and documents on a daily basis.
• Conduct safety orientations for new contractors' employees and prepare for safety events and training sessions.
• Prepare weekly safety meeting documents and record all safety meetings.
• Document all accidents and analyze injury and accident trends.
• Facilitate new contractor employee badging and manage safety material purchase requests.
• Provide personal protective equipment to team members.

Qualifications:

• Preferably, experience in relevant construction fields.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, visual, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to work both independently and as part of project teams.
• OSHA Certification is desirable.

Pay Rate/Shifts:

• $67,000 to $72,000 per year.
• Monday to Friday
