Our client, an outdoor furniture wholesale company in Rosemead, CA is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join their team.

As an Office Clerk, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of their office.

This is a full-time position paying $18.00.

Responsibilities :

• Be the welcoming face of the company by handling phone calls, emails, and greeting visitors with warmth and professionalism.
• Keep the office running smoothly by maintaining and updating files, records, and databases.
• Ensure efficient organization through diligent filing and record-keeping practices.
• Assist with inventory management by preparing detailed reports.

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 3 years of proven office experience.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a knack for prioritizing tasks.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
• Stellar written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other basic computer skills.
