Lyneer Staffing Solutions is Hiring a Manufacturing Associate Near Cockeysville, MD

Our client, an esteemed manufacturing and packaging company, is eagerly seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Associates to join its team in Cockeysville, MD for a variety of roles such as Hand Assemblers, Utility Workers, and Line Leads. In these pivotal roles, you can contribute significantly to the meticulous packing and inspection processes of food products, ensuring the highest standards of quality.

The Day-to-Day:

  • Execute intricate hand assembly tasks with meticulous attention to detail, upholding the quality standards of small parts assemblies within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Undertake utility tasks encompassing manufacturing, production, or filling and blending responsibilities, emphasizing the ability to read a bill of lading accurately.
  • Take on leadership roles by guiding teams within a manufacturing/production environment, showcasing a proven track record of at least 2 years of leadership experience.
  • Assume responsibilities for quality control, leveraging a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the field, ensuring the highest standards of product excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Possession of a high school qualification or equivalent.
  • An updated resume is required for this position
  • Previous hands-on experience in a food manufacturing environment with a robust understanding of GMP and HACCP (Hazard Analysis CCP identification) food safety standards preferred
  • A background in general labor, preferably within a manufacturing setting.
  • A positive work history with a demonstrated ability to maintain consistent attendance.

Pay Rate/Shifts:

  • $15.00 to $22.00 /hr (Compensation depending on the role offered)
  • Monday to Friday
  • 2nd 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
