Our client, based in North Bend, WA, is currently seeking a dedicated Forklift Operator to join their team. Committed to safety, efficiency, and maintaining a positive work environment, we are looking for individuals who are adaptable, detail-oriented, and thrive in a team-oriented setting.

As a Forklift Operator, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our facility. Your primary responsibilities will include operating forklifts to handle materials, loading and unloading trucks, and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and safely.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to upholding our company's safety standards.

The Day-to-Day :

• Transporting goods to and from storage areas, loading docks, or delivery trucks.
• Inspecting and maintaining the forklift to ensure it is in safe working condition.
• Demonstrating appropriate work ethics in the workplace to positively influence all workers.
• Following safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.

Qualifications :

• High School Diploma
• Physical capability to bend over, reach with hands and arms, and lift 20 to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout a work shift.
• Adherence to company policies and procedures, including Safety Policy and Procedures, Quality Policy and Procedures, and Ethics Policy.
• Good judgment, common sense, and diplomacy in handling job responsibilities.
