Lyle Machinery Co. headquartered in Richland, Mississippi, is a diversified equipment dealer in the southeast. Our family-owned and operated company has been the #1 Komatsu Market Share Dealer in North America for the past 6 years and has also been Dealer of the Year for many of our other OEM’s. In addition to sales, LMC performs service and repairs, both on-site and in the field, as well as providing leases and rentals of heavy equipment. • Diagnosis and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues with machinery.
• Read and understand machine schematics.
• Fabricate and weld as necessary for task completion.
• Follow federal and shop safety guidelines and protocol.
• Ability to recondition and repair equipment and components.
• Communicate with management and other departments to ensure quality work and customer satisfaction.
• Complete necessary paperwork for warranty and shop compliance.
• Other work-related duties as assigned by manager.

Requirements

• Must possess your own tools.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on equipment repair experience.
• Must be able to work overtime and/or weekends as necessary.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• Must be able to multitask and prioritize to meet time restraints.
• Attend company and product training for career advancements.

Physical: 

• Ability to see in full range color.
• Ability to knee, bend, twist, lift and squat to service equipment on the ground.
• Must have excellent hand dexterity to include firm grasping.
• Ability to lift, push and pull up to 50lbs.
• Must be able to work in any weather environment.
• Occasional exposure to loud noises.
