• Coaching Liaison team members to ensure that the work being performed meets our high-quality standards. This will include regular visits to buildings during on-site hours to ensure that the Liaison service is being performed well
• Training new Liaisons in person and virtually
• Check-in regularly with property managers to ensure that they are extremely satisfied with the service, addressing any concerns in partnership with the Operations Manager
• Respond promptly and professionally to any issues or concerns raised by property managers at accounts.
• Ensure that e-mails to Liaisons at properties are promptly responded to, handling escalations in partnership with the Operations Manager
• Suggest and help implement processes/procedures for improving the Liaison service
• Participate and contribute to the success of the overall Liaison program beyond your assigned market
• Be available to perform site visits and fill shifts regularly
• Assist with site level scheduling and analysis of Liaison attendance
• Provide Liaison service to one or more properties as a Liaison on a frequent basis
• Model Luxer One core values to the team, and have impeccable reliability and customer service

Requirements

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Professional and personable. You will be working in upscale apartment buildings and will be expected to create positive, friendly relationships with both property managers and residents.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and lead others
• Advanced troubleshooting, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills
• 2 years of customer service, multi family, concierge, or logistics leadership/supervisor experience
• Experience in package management or multifamily buildings preferred
• Excellent time management skills and attendance
• Able to research and grasp information across multiple tools while speaking with clients
• Able to learn and then demonstrate knowledge of Luxer One systems at a mastery level
• Available to work in person at locations in and around Downtown Chicago
• Access and willingness to commute to multiple location in the Chicago area via personal car or public transportation
• Comfortable using technology, you will be using a digital package management system and iPad/Laptop
• This role involves regular physical activity, including lifting and arranging packages, some of which may be bulky. Applicants should be capable of comfortably lifting packages within legal guidelines and maneuvering within package storage areas.
• At least 18 years old.
