Base pay is $16/hr plus bonus and tips, averaging out to over $20.00 an hour. Being a new company there is lots of room for growth, including promotion to Lead Technicians, Sales Managers, General Managers, etc.
As a Carpet Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for the cleaning of all types of carpets including: extraction, maintenance, and removal of stains and odors. You will also help to maintain a safe environment for our clients and our staff. The ideal candidate will be someone who enjoys working inside client’s homes and can communicate professionally with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Execute the cleaning process, ensuring a high quality cleaning is done and meets the expectations of the customer.
- Ride along with other technicians, performing 4-6 jobs together per day.
- Respect all company and personal property.
- Communicate respectfully with customers.
- Be on Time. Punctuality and initiative are critical elements of success in this role.
Qualifications:
- No previous experience necessary! We provide on the job training.
- The ability to work 6-10 hours a day.
- The ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers to give them a great experience.
- Able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
- Able to lift and move at least 50 lbs.
Job Type: Full-time (Contract)
Schedule:
- 30-40 hours a week.
- 6-10 hour shifts. (Based on job sizes)
