Role Purpose
We are looking for a project manager to be a part of the operations team and play a role in the day-to-day operations of our construction department. As an project manager, your main role is to oversee the operation and completion of the projects assigned to you. To be successful as an project manager, you should have a pleasant personality and be able to offer excellent customer service. You should also be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner while streamlining office operations. Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position. This role may require working flexible hours.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion
- Review and interpret project plans, ensuring compliance
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary
- Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Manage project budgets and expenses, ensuring cost control
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction activities and address any issues that arise
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations throughout the project

- Proficient in reading and interpreting construction schematics and blueprints
