CES has been building and operating ground up and retrofit movie theaters for over 35 years and we are looking for someone that has a proven track record in the construction - AV projects realm that is willing to excel and evolve our AV deployment division.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Lead, coordinate and execute projects from their initial stage to final delivery to the client.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 1 years of project experience, including tracking and planning projects

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:

• Analytical and critical thinking.
• Management of technical personnel, professionals, contractors and final customers.
• Supervisor experience: Time management, task delegation, adhering to scheduling, proper task prioritization
• Communication skills.
• Knowledge of A/V equipment, automation, electrical installations and civil works.
• Knowledge of office automation.
• Knowledge management of project administration and management tools.
• Ability to read and understand architectural drawings, inventory reports, schedules, and connection diagrams.
• Working knowledge of AV components such as: switches, CCTV, cameras, codecs, audio DSP, lighting control, rack configuration, Crestron programing, is a plus.
• Configuration of networks and security systems (cameras, alarms and similar),is a plus.
• Supervisor experience: Time management, task delegation, adhering to scheduling, proper task prioritization

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage external project relations: customers, suppliers, subcontractors, other directions, etc.
• Understand the scope of the project to be executed.
• Request equipment, supplies and tools necessary for the project execution.
• Coordinate and supervise work on site with technical personnel, professionals or contractors.
• Establish effective procedures and instructions to develop project activities.
• Review and evaluate the quality and effectiveness of the work performed by technicians and contractors on the project, based on the delivered plans and specifications.
• Execute the project according to the established scope and schedule.
• Participate in project follow-up meetings with the project manager to provide a comprehensive view of the progress of each project and coordinate the weekly activities to be carried out in each of them.
• Suspend works, with prior authorization from the project manager, and reassess the conditions of the works when they are not complying with the delivered specifications.
• Recognize and report risks that may impact the probability of project success.
• Be responsible for the configuration of automation systems, networks, security systems and other configurable elements of the project.
• Communicate in a timely manner and coordinate with the project manager any modifications in the scope, schedule and resources of the project that may arise during execution.
• Receive, notify and document change requests from the client or GC or project stakeholder.
• Responsible for the delivery of equipment and materials on site for each project.
• Take immediate measures to make corrections when required in the project execution.
• Prepare and sign with the client or person in charge of the work the work certificates (Initial, progress and final) to support charges, payments, and report it to the project manager.
• Conduct customer induction on system functionality for its respective final delivery.
