Our client is looking to hire a 2nd shift Maintenance Technician. Our client is a large family oriented company that is focused on manufacturing different component parts while also handling welding, assembly, metal spinning. They have cut cost for numerous customers that has put the company on a growth track for several decades.
The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairing production equipment and facilities, ranging from general building maintenance to complete disassembly/repair of machinery and complex devices.
Successful candidates will have 5 years of industrial maintenance experience.

- High school or GED required
- 5-10 years experience
- Prior experience in Manufacturing
- Strong industrial electric skills
- Strong mechanical skills
- Previous stamping press maintenance experience required
- A basic understanding of PLCs
- Own your own tools, Steel-toed boots, and safety glasses.
Some Job Responsibilities/duties:
- Working knowledge and troubleshooting skills in medium voltage electricity circuitry, plumbing, hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanics and the discipline of lock-out/tag-out
- Strong knowledge of Robotic Weld Skills
- Reading and interpreting electrical and mechanical blueprints
- Be able to operate manual mills and lathes
Physical Demands:
- Frequent bending, stretching, and prolonged standing
- Capable of working at heights up to 40 feet
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs. continuously throughout the shift
- Hand eye coordination and manual dexterity
