Crane's Mill has an exciting full-time opportunity for a Fitness Coordinator at our West Caldwell community!

In this role, the ideal candidate will:

• Demonstrate correct use of exercise equipment or performance of exercise routines.
• Develop exercise programs to improve participant strength, flexibility, endurance, or circulatory functioning, in accordance with exercise science standards, regulatory requirements, and credentialing requirements.
• Interpret exercise program participant data to evaluate progress or identify needed program changes.
• Recommend methods to increase lifestyle physical activity.

Basic Qualifications

Education/Training/Certifications: Must hold and maintain a professional fitness certification by a nationally accredited organization or licensure in the profession of Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy or a formal undergraduate degree in a fitness or health-related field i.e. Exercise Science, Physiology or Kinesiology.

Skill(s): Excellent verbal and written communication, service orientation, critical thinking, time management skills.

Experience: Minimum 1 year of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
