Registered Nurse (RN) $7,000 Sign On Bonus

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our hard working team in our health center. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing professional nursing care to older adults and good communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with established nursing standards and protocols
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, report changes to the healthcare team
• Educate patients and their families on health concerns and disease process
• Maintain accurate patient medical records and documentation

• Experience in using electronic health record systems like Point Click Care
• Experience working with in long-term care

Job Type: Full-time

Expected hours: 36 – 48 per week. Set 2-week schedule working 7 out of 14 calendar days and every other weekend off.

• Day shift: 6:45am - 7:15pm
• Night shift: 6:45pm - 7:15am
