The Lutheran Home is hiring team members for our full-time Certified Medication Technician (CMT) position within our health center. We are seeking CMTs with a kind heart and good communication skills to administer medications and provide care to our residents.
Come help us create a community of person-centered care at our 5 star rated facility according to Medicare.gov. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Administers prescribed medications to residents and maintain related medical records under supervision of a nurse.
• Takes vital signs or observes patient to detect response to specified types of medications and prepares report or notifies designated personnel of unexpected reaction.
• Assist residents with ADL care as needed.
• Answer call lights and take appropriate action.
• Completes documentation accurately, timely, and following facility policies and procedures.
• Reviews resident’s care plans and performs care and support as outlined.

• Current Missouri CMT certification 
• CPR certification preferred
