We are seeking a caring Licensed Practical Nurse to join our hard working team in our health center. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with older adults and a heart for providing patient centered care. New Graduates and Experienced LPNs are welcome to apply.Our work environment includes:

- Provide direct patient care in accordance with established nursing standards and protocols
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, report changes to the healthcare team
- Educate patients and their families on health concerns and disease process
- Maintain accurate patient medical records and documentation
- CPR Certified
- Licensed as an LPN in the state of Missouri
- Experience in using electronic health record systems like Point Click Care preferred
- Experience working with in long-term care preferred
- Day shift: 6:45am - 7:15pm
- Night shift: 6:45pm - 7:15am
