Co-facilitate team reflective supervision group sessions. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Four years of experience working with high-risk populations with an emphasis on families with children ages 0-5 in the area of home visiting and/or early childhood classrooms, along with one year of supervisory and/or administrative responsibilities is required. A demonstrated solid understanding of and experience in supervising and motivating staff, as well as providing support to staff in stressful work environments. Demonstrated knowledge and experience of infant and child development, parent-child attachment, maternal-infant health and wellbeing, and dynamics of child abuse and neglect is required. Oregon Registry Online Step 9 required. A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Early Childhood, Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Sociology, or a similar related field is preferred. Infant-toddler Mental Health Endorsement is preferred. Experience with reflective practice and reflective supervision is preferred. Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA) or Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) credentialing through MHACBO must be current, or ability to obtain credentialing based upon education/experience, or registration with an Oregon accrediting board required. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: A current clearance from the Central Background Registry or the ability to obtain CBR clearance is required. Current pediatric CPR & First Aid certification and Oregon Food Handler’s Card or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment.
