Responsibilities

• Oversee drive lane to ensure prompt, courteous, and effective service
• Ensure daily inventory of tech time is consistently sold by efficiently distributing work
• Handle customers efficiently and effectively from write-up to pick-up.
• Properly document customer concerns / requests for effective communication to technicians.
• Advise customers of needed repairs / recommended maintenance and help them make informed decisions.
• Progress check and update customers throughout the day.
• Inform customer when work is complete, inform them of all work that was completed, perform active delivery.

• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time-management skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage others
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Professional, well-groomed appearance
