Job Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to maximize our open service times. You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food truck in addition to preparing our award winning smash burgers.

Responsibilities:

• Open and close the trailer for daily operations
• Assist in food preparation and cooking burgers in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Handle and serve food to customers with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the food truck, including regular cleaning of surfaces, utensils, and equipment
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
• Take inventory of food items to re-stock
• Reconcile till at the end of each shift

Experience:
- Previous experience in the food industry, kitchen, or management is preferred
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and food handling procedures is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Familiarity with Square POS system is an advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be able to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team

Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
