```Duties```
- Perform general bookkeeping duties, including but not limited to:
- Maintaining financial records and ensuring accuracy
- Recording financial transactions such as purchases, expenses, sales, and receipts
- Reconciling bank statements and other financial documents
- Generating financial reports and summaries
- Assisting with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Utilize accounting software to perform bookkeeping tasks efficiently and accurately
- Prepare journal entries and maintain general ledger accounts
- Conduct balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial data
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes

```Qualifications```
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of corporate accounting principles and procedures
- Proficiency in using accounting software (e.g., Xero, Quicken)
- Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to accurately perform 10-key typing for data entry purposes
- Familiarity with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)
- Solid understanding of debits and credits
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
