Lundgren Honda of Auburn is a family owned and operated Honda dealership celebrating over 50 years of business in the Worcester County area. Position Overview:

As a Customer Specialist you will play a crucial role in gathering valuable insights from our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to survey and communicate with every customer who visits our service and sales locations. Your friendly voice, excellent organizational skills, and ability to engage with people will be essential for success in this role.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Interaction:

  • Call or text every customer who visits our stores.
  • Gather feedback on their experience, satisfaction levels, and any concerns they may have.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during interactions.

Data Collection and Reporting:

  • Use specialized tools and databases to record survey responses accurately.
  • Compile and organize survey data for analysis.
  • Prepare regular reports summarizing customer feedback and trends.

Voice and Personality:

  • Exhibit excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Convey a friendly and approachable demeanor to put customers at ease.
  • Adapt your communication style to suit different customer preferences.

Organization and Time Management:

  • Prioritize survey calls and texts efficiently.
  • Maintain a well-organized system for tracking customer interactions.
  • Meet daily or weekly targets for survey completion.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in customer service, telemarketing, or survey administration.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and pleasant phone manner.
  • Proficiency in using communication tools.

Additional Skills (A Plus):

  • Familiarity with email, newsletters, survey distribution and databases.
