**Overview**
We are seeking a dynamic Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
**Responsibilities**
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
- Manage accounts and build strong relationships with customers
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
**Requirements**
- Must have at least three years of roofing/construction industry experianced.
- Experience handling homeowners insurance claims.
- Fluency in Spanish preferable but not a requirement to qualify.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques
- Ability to work in an outside sales capacity
- Excellent account management skills
- Proficiency in negotiating contracts and closing deals
