Lumentum is looking for an energetic Information Security professional to help enhance, develop and support Lumentum’s Information Security environment. The successful candidate must have a broad set of technical skills and a proven track record of collaborating with local and remote global team members from different disciplines (Network, Servers, Storage, and Applications) to resolve complex issues. The position is a key member of the global team responsible for managing confidentiality, integrity and availability risks to Lumentum’s information. Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to: Support Identity and Access Management infrastructure and onboard new applications Backup and solve operational issues for the Ping platform User issues / Ticket resolution for IAM in a timely basis Investigate security alerts and provide incident response Perform event and incident triage, threat hunting, and incident response (to include basic malware analysis and forensic investigations). Use industry-leading commercial and open-source software to detect, evaluate, triage, prioritize, and respond to security events. Educate employees about the dangers of phishing by launching educational mock-phishing campaigns. Assist with the creation, maintenance and delivery of cyber security awareness training for colleagues Maintain, and enforce security operations policies, standards, and processes (run books); Manage cross-department collaboration and communication to ensure appropriate security processes, procedures and tools are installed, monitored, and effectively operating and alerting. Be an escalation point for cyber security incidents. Perform event and incident triage, threat hunting, and incident response (to include basic malware analysis and forensic investigations). Hands-on experience installing, configuring or tuning most the following security technologies: Network firewalls, WAF, IDS/IPS, secure web gateways/web proxy, IAM solutions, endpoint protection (EPP/AV/HIDS), endpoint detection and response solutions (EDR), DLP/FIM, NAC, and VPN/encryption keep up to date with the latest security and technology developments liaise with stakeholders in relation to cyber security issues and provide future recommendations Your past experience has allowed you to become proficient and obtain strong knowledge of the following: Enterprise networks and tools; Server and workstation operating systems (Windows, *nixes); Ping Application for multi-factor authentication. Malicious code mitigation and prevention; Event correlation, pattern recognition and computer forensics; Operational experience with DLP, IDS, IPS, firewalls, access control, and filtering technologies. What experience will allow you the greatest success in this role? At least 2 to 5 years of experience as an Information Security Analyst for global enterprises with remote locations; CompTIA Security or Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH); Solid experience and knowledge of these technologies: DLP, Certificate Management, Email Protection ( SPF, DKIM, DMARC ), LDAP, SIEM, NAC, SSL/TLS, PKI, IPSec, AntiVirus/Malware/Spam Technology, Security Assessment, Domain Services (ICANN, DNS, NIC), Proxies, Safe Browsing, Web Application Firewalls Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and assess risks, threats, patterns and trends Teamworking skills for collaborating with team members and clients Verbal communication skills, including presentation skills, with an ability to communicate with a range of technical and non-technical team members and other relevant individuals Written communication skills Time-management and organizational skills to manage a variety of tasks and meet deadlines The ability to multitask and prioritize your workload Excellent attention to detail #LI-MH1 #LI-Remote
