Lead Recruiter

The People Operations team is a small and highly collaborative team. We are seeking someone who can be a utility player across the different functions: coordinating for the Talent team, providing administrative support to People Ops, and in general, helping with a tactical workload that is critically important to the efficiency of our operations as well as candidate experience. For someone interested in gaining experience with a fast-moving start-up, this will be a great fit.

What YOU will do at Luma Health

  • Full life-cycle recruiting to attract the most talented and diverse people to join Luma Health.
  • Partner and build relationships with key stakeholders within the agency to identify strategic and creative methods to address hiring needs, both immediate and planned long-term growth.
  • Ensure an impressive and human-first candidate experience at every touch point.
  • Consistently connect with key leaders to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans.
  • Develop repeatable processes and find ways to streamline our recruitment cycle.
  • You will be responsible for candidate sourcing and scheduling throughout the interview process and will manage process/workflow in our Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse)
  • You will ensure administrative support and execute processes with the People Operations an eye for improving efficiency and scalability.

Who You Are

  • 3 years of recruiting experience in a startup, fast-paced agency or related industries such as digital healthcare.
  • Experience in both technical and go-to-marketing recruiting.
  • Experience with Greenhouse (ATS) system is strongly preferred.
  • You are a fast learner, structured and have a pragmatic and solution-oriented attitude.
  • You have a high drive, are solution oriented and enjoy working fast pace with many things oing on at the same time.
  • You use a variety of sourcing tools, techniques, and networking such as LinkedIn
  • You have excellent communication skills and are good at navigating and managing process with many stakeholders involved.
