Job Overview:

We seek a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee our operations at The Shuckery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, hospitality, and leadership. They will also have beverage management or sommiler certifications or Kitchen Management experience. We're seeking a well rounded General Manager to join our Managemt Team and grow business and improve operations.

Duties:

- Manage daily restaurant operations, including supervising staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining quality standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and profitability goals.
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff members, fostering a positive work environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.

Skills:

- Previous experience in the food industry, restaurant management, or hospitality.
- Knowledge of Toast POS system is a plus.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Experience in kitchen management or as an assistant manager is desirable.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Bevrage Ordering experience is a plus

Pay: $70,000.00 - $76,000.00 per year
